We are very happy to introduce the RHS/IMM small block mopar head! We believe $ per HP this to be the BEST out of the box cylinder head for the small block mopar on the market!
First we take the bare castings and inspect them for any flaws. We now offer exclusively from FERREA our own spec. valves so no guide honing is needed. We still machine the spring pads .100 down for 1.800 I.H. and Beehive springs. We then machine the guide tops down .100 for extra seal/retainer clearance. Last we open the intake seat with a 4 angle valve seat cut to a nice large 2.02 size and BLEND the bottom cuts into the bowl making this one of the best flowing heads OOTB for the sb Mopar!
And we don't stop there. For valves we use Ferrea 5/16 stem, 2.02 intake and 1.60 exhaust and BACKCUT the intake valve for more flow. For springs we use the trusted Comp 26918 BEEHIVE spring assembly that allows a true .600 lift at the valve and a quality, lightweight valve train assembly. Lastly, we use a positive valve stem seal and assemble them setting each spring up to the desired I.H.
We still offer the RHS heads with a range of 62-67cc chambers at no extra charge!
As of Jan. 1st, RHS is no longer selling this cylinder head as Indy Cylinder Head is now the ONLY supplier of this casting.
NEW PRICING...for both the LA and MAGNUM versions will be going up slightly in price come Jan. 2012. New pricing is $1469.00 per set.
To help offset the cost some, we offer our RHS heads in a KIT form including: IMM/RHS heads, arp head bolts, and .030 thick SCE intake gaskets for $1565.00

Here is an example of how well these heads flow. We flow them on a Superflow 600 flow bench at 28" of depression and use a 4.030 bore.

As you can see they flow very well and they have incredible intake port speed. We used heads just like these as we sell them to build 485HP out of a BUDGET 410 stroker for Car Craft magazine in the June issue. This was a hyd. cammed pump gas stroker with bolt on's only and a 750 Holley double pumper carb. You can check out the article HERE
